Appointment Booking Policy

At Hanaimo Beauty, we value your time and strive to provide efficient and convenient appointment booking services. To ensure a seamless experience for all our clients, we have established the following appointment booking policy:

  1. Appointment Scheduling:

    • Appointments can be scheduled through Facebook booking, or by sending messages through Instagram, Facebook, Or DM 250 797 1379.

    • We recommend booking appointments in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

  2. Cancellation, Rescheduling and No Show

    • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request at least 48 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time for PMU services, and 24 hours in advance for lash services

    • Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of a deposit ($100 for PMU services, and $30 for Lash services)

    • Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without cancelling or rescheduling will be subject to a no-show fee of $100 for PMU services, and $30 for Lash services and required to pre-pay for future appointments.

  3. Service Payment:

    • Payment for services is due in full at the time of booking or upon completion of the appointment, as determined by our studio's booking process.

    • We accept payment in the form of cash, and e-transfer.

  4. Non-Refundable Policy:

    • Deposits and All payments made for services rendered are non-refundable.

    • This includes payments for appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled by the client, as well as appointments that are missed or not attended without prior notice.

  5. Late Arrival

    • If a client arrives more than 20 minutes late for their scheduled appointment, it will be considered a no-show, and the no-show policy will apply.

    • We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but please note that arriving late may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment, depending on our schedule and the availability of our technicians.

  6. Single Client Limit:

    • To uphold the privacy and exclusivity of our services, we strictly enforce a single client limit during appointments.

    • Only one client is allowed in the treatment area at a time. Friends, family members, or companions are kindly asked to wait in outside the studio premises.

  7. Age Requirement:

    • Clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive services at our studio without parental consent.

    • Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who can provide written consent for the requested services.

  8. No Children Policy:

    For the comfort and safety of all clients and to ensure a distraction-free environment, children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the studio at any time, unless they are scheduled to receive services.

  9. No Pet Policy

    • To maintain a hygienic, comfortable, and professional environment for all our clients and staff, pets are not permitted in the studio at any time.

    • While we adore pets, their presence may pose hygiene and allergy concerns for our clients and staff. Additionally, pets might be startled or uncomfortable in our environment.
